I paid but did not get VIP

VIP is usually added within seconds. If it is missing:

1. Leave the server and reconnect.
2. Check your VIP status on the Shop page.
3. Still missing? Open a Discord support ticket with your order number and SteamID.

If the payment did not go through, your bank will not charge you or will refund automatically.
