Admin rules

RunAway admins must follow these 10 rules while on duty:

1. Respect the community and every player; being an admin is a responsibility, not a privilege.
2. When unsure, ask senior staff before acting.
3. Only ban obvious cheaters; when in doubt, record a demo and escalate.
4. Stay humble; admin access can be revoked at any time.
5. Admins cannot give orders to other admins; everyone is responsible for their own duties.
6. Only the admin who issued a ban or mute may remove it.
7. Every penalty needs a documented reason (demo, screenshot or log).
8. Trolling and arbitrary punishment are strictly forbidden.
9. Appeals are handled on the forum; do not interfere with them.
10. Being in the Discord voice channel while on duty is mandatory.
